• Educational Content: Carefully curated lessons on making vet-approved homemade dog food, including exclusive recipes, tips, and guidance.

2. Access and Login Policy

Access to this course is for the purchaser only. 

• You may not share your login credentials or course access with others, including friends or family who have not purchased The Course. 

• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within The Course—including recipes, videos, guides, and materials—is the exclusive property of TPN and is fully protected by trademark and copyright laws.

You may not:

• Screenshot, record, replicate, distribute, or modify any course content.

• Claim the content as your own or plagiarize any part of The Course.

• Violate any intellectual property rights, which will result in immediate access termination without refund.

All course materials are legally protected, and unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of this course and the immediate access to all course materials—including the 30 vet-approved recipes—all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

• We believe in the quality of our course, and our website provides a sample recipe, Workbook preview, and full course outline so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

• However, we want our customers to be happy! If you are genuinely dissatisfied and feel the course was not what you expected, you may request a refund, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

5. Marketing Use

TPN reserves the right to use customer feedback and testimonials for promotional purposes.

6. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under Wisconsin jurisdiction.
